Invoice Viewer v1

The PTT Invoices grid displays invoices which can be viewed using the older version of the invoice viewer

The availability of this version of the invoice viewer depends on client setup

  • Click to view information associated with the invoice for a particular Bill Cycle or to issue credits for that Bill Cycle

This invoice viewer consists of a main heading and five tabs:

  1. Invoice Summary tab – lists an invoice summary for both the entire account and by location as well as allows the user to issue partial and full invoice credits (available based on user security permissions to Account Credit)
  2. CDR Viewer tab – lists long distance call detail records for the account and allows the user to issue credits for individual calls
  3. PDF Invoice tab – contains a PDF version of the invoice
  4. Local CDR tab – lists local call detail records for the account
  5. Wireless tab – lists wireless call detail records for the account

Main Heading

Account Number, Name and Billing Cycle

  • These items are associated with the invoice selected in the grid on the Invoices tab
